Subscriptions

Purchases are managed by Apple. Restore from Reforma Settings, or review and cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Workout imports

Reforma supports public TikTok, Instagram and YouTube video links. Private, removed, region-restricted or unsupported links may not import.

Reforma provides general fitness information, not medical advice. Review generated workouts, move within your ability, stop if you feel pain and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
